What Are Telegram Credentials?

Telegram Credentials empower users to establish trust and foster engagement. They allow you to utilize Telegram with your Campaigns seamlessly!

Telegram is a secure and widely adopted messaging platform that offers an ideal community engagement channel.

Whether you’re a founder, influencer, creator, or passionate user, leveraging Telegram Credentials on Galxe can significantly enhance your experience and propel your success.

ℹ️ Note: Users must connect their Telegram account to their Galxe ID.

Connecting your Telegram Account establishes a secure link between your Telegram account and Galxe profile, enabling smooth and accurate verification.

How to Configure Galxe’s Telegram Bot

To verify credentials via Telegram, you must add Galxe’s bot to your Channel or Group and grant admin access.

Follow the steps below to use Telegram Credentials in your Campaigns:

Open your Telegram Group/Channel settings.
Navigate to the “Members” section and click on “Add” or the plus icon (+).
Enter “@Galxe_telegram_bot” in the search bar.
Select the bot from the search results.
Click on “Edit” to access the group setting page.
Choose “Administrators” and click “Add Admin” or a similar option.
Grant the necessary permissions and access to the Galxe Bot. (You should turn off all permissions.)
Confirm the changes to finalize the Admin access.

Using Telegram Credentials in Your Campaigns

One of the perks of using social credentials is engaging your community with Telegram credentials.

Follow these steps to learn how to get a list of users who join your Telegram group:

Select “Join a Telegram Group/Channel” Credential from the Credential Dashboard

Click the “Add” button through the telegram info, then copy the “Invite link” from the telegram group.

Enter the Invite Link for the Group/Channel and click on “Create.”

⚠️ Wait: Please ensure that the Telegram group/channel you use to create the credential gets set to public.
